I slept in this hotel for a day and from my opinion I think that the room is okay it looks like a cozy apartment room though, some parts are rusty and looks a bit old, but it is okay. In my room there were old hairs stuck in the drainer and the shower head is a bit broken like water shooting out from above. The AC is stuck with 25°c because the remote is not working, I had to sleep through the night a bit sweating. The hotel elevator feels slow. And at night, there were dogs barking which is a bit of troublesome. But the view is great, the pool is amazing, the staff response fast. More improvement for the AC and the bathroom would make this hotel an excellent place 👏.

The female staff member on the morning shift was rude and disrespectful to guests. The incident happened at 9:30 AM regarding a room key issue. She questioned the guest in an impolite manner and showed no respect or professionalism. The hotel itself is good, but the staff are not properly trained. It’s like serving delicious food with a waiter who speaks rudely. If this continues, I will never return here again.

I’d recently spent one night at the TK View Hotel Apartment.||I stayed in a 1 bedroom 1 shower room apartment with a living room, little kitchenette in the living and a balcony.||The apartment is of a good size, clean and neat when I checked in. ||While the property is about 3 years old (as I understand from the staff), it needs some attention and maintenance.||On the plus side, the bed was firm and comfortable. Wifi and aircon worked well. Breakfast was so so but the views at the roof terrace was great.||The apartment is in a area known as Touk Kork or TK in short. There is a 24-hour polyclinic just by the road junction a few steps away. Tuk Tuk riders were outside the gate waiting to pick up passengers.||On the night when I was there, the main road outside the apartment was dark. The street lights were not turned on (I’m not sure why as it’s in the city and not a rural area). I didn’t have the confidence to venture too far.||Overall it was a good place to stay for one night.

On October 5th, I arrived at TK View Hotel to check in and accidentally left my passport on a chair in the lobby. Later, a tuk-tuk driver entered the hotel and took it. In the afternoon, he waited outside, told me he had found my passport, and asked me to pay him to get it back. I gave him 50,000 riel. The next day, I asked the hotel to check the camera, which showed the driver taking my passport — and maybe another item, but it wasn’t very clear. I have attached photos and a video from my own camera because the hotel’s footage was blurry. I’m disappointed that the hotel allowed a stranger to enter the lobby and take a guest’s belongings. I hope the hotel will take measures to prevent this from happening again and double-check if the driver took anything else from me.

A bit dated, but clean & well-located with many amenities within walking distance.

Big room but the hotel itself is dated and needs a refresher. Bed is not as comfortable as other places and rates are about $55. Our air conditioner broke but they quickly switched us to another room. Price is a little high for what you get but the best part of this place is their beautiful swimming pool at the top of the building. Really cool.

what u see is not what u get! from the web u see stunning pool , nice and clean rooms, while the reality is pretty different: i moved the sofa and found all sort of dirt including nails cutted off. under the bed, used plastic bottles and dirt. the owner to save money runs just 1 slooow elevator..the other one is only for "special events" 😀. hot water is just for the shower. sinks have only cold. even i payed for 4 people, kitchen utensils were just for 2 and was really hard to get more. after taking a shower the bathroom is flooded since the water drain is not working. asked to fix ,never did. for 1 month stay the washing machine was not provided. i had to ask to get one.For the price payed you can surely find something much better in PP. the location is good.
